AI Risk Disclaimer
This AI Risk Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to all AI-generated signals, predictions, analytics, model outputs, dashboards, alerts, and related content provided by Zarion ("Zarion", "we", "our"). By using the Service you acknowledge inherent uncertainties and agree to evaluate outputs critically.
1. Inherent Model Limitations
All AI/ML models rely on historical and real-time data subject to noise, errors, survivorship bias, and sampling limitations. Performance in prior periods does not guarantee future results.
2. Data Quality & Latency
Market, news, sentiment, on-chain, macroeconomic, and alternative data may experience delays, outages, vendor errors, symbol mapping issues, or revisions that degrade accuracy or timeliness of outputs.
3. Probabilistic Nature of Outputs
Signals express statistical likelihoods, rankings, or relative strength factors—not certainties. Unexpected macro events, regime shifts, black swan events, liquidity shocks, and policy announcements can invalidate patterns rapidly.
4. Human Oversight
Zarion does not guarantee continuous human supervision of every model inference. Automated pipelines may operate between periodic reviews. Users should treat outputs as decision support, not autonomous trade execution triggers.
5. No Fiduciary Duty
Use of the Service does not create a fiduciary relationship. You remain solely responsible for independent analysis, position sizing, risk controls, compliance with jurisdictional rules, and trade/execution timing.
6. Backtesting & Illustrations
Any backtested curves, scenario analyses, forward-looking projections, or hypothetical results are illustrative, may use assumptions, smoothing, or simplified transaction cost models, and frequently differ from live performance.
7. Model Drift & Retraining
Strategy behavior may shift as models retrain, features evolve, or data vendor composition changes. We may replace or retire models without notice if performance deteriorates or superior approaches emerge.
8. External Dependencies
Cloud infrastructure, data feeds, API providers, network routes, and software libraries can fail or degrade, leading to delayed, partial, or missing outputs. Contingency and redundancy measures reduce—but cannot eliminate—this risk.
9. Regulatory & Compliance Considerations
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of signals complies with applicable securities, derivatives, commodities, crypto asset, and consumer protection regulations. Some jurisdictions restrict certain forms of automated analytics distribution.
10. Conflicts & Alignment
Zarion, its employees, or affiliates may hold positions in instruments covered by the platform. Such positions may change without notice and may not align with AI outputs at any time.
11. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarion disclaims liability for trading losses, opportunity costs, indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on AI outputs. Use is "as is" and at your own risk.
12. User Risk Management
- Use stop losses and position sizing.
- Diversify exposure across asset classes and strategies.
- Stress test assumptions under adverse conditions.
- Evaluate liquidity, slippage, spreads, volatility, and execution latency.
- Regularly review model change logs and performance summaries.
13. Feedback & Error Reporting
We encourage prompt reporting of suspected anomalies, data errors, or model failures via ai-risk@zarion.ai. Verified critical issues drive triage and remediation prioritization.
14. Updates
We may amend this Disclaimer as models, data sources, regulatory frameworks, or platform features evolve. Updates become effective on posting unless stated otherwise.
15. Acceptance
Continued use after updates signifies acknowledgment of revised risk factors. If you disagree, discontinue use of AI-generated outputs.
